It’s been a hectic year, but one filled with exploration and connection like never before. Since COVID-19’s worldwide lock down, I’ve been working on how I might help others from afar. I’ve found that hosting online classes through Zoom incredibly empowering for myself and others; leading education and communication around food so that we can stay together and support one another. Here is a little wrap-up of all the wonderful moments the online community has provided for me. Thank you to everyone who has spent the year attending my classes amidst all the ups and downs it’s contained.
